Please allow time for your order to arrive. I aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible; however, bespoke or one-of-a-kind pieces may take a little longer to create. Each item is handmade with care, so your patience is always appreciated.

Returns are accepted for unworn goods within 14 days of receiving your order. Items can be exchanged or refunded. 

To arrange a return, please email jandt_country@outlook.com with your name and order number.

Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable. When returning an item, I recommend using a recorded delivery service, as lost parcels cannot be credited.
